Through Dunseath & Associates, we bring a unique set of skills to the market, with the teams HR and ER business background, union relationship experience and employment law expertise combined. We will work with you and your team to quickly learn your business, understand your needs and identify solutions.

Who we are

We are a team of ER professionals who have extensive experience working with senior management, HR, union officials, lawyers and employees. We are known for quickly understanding our clients needs and priorities and applying our unique business and legal skills to offer practical and pragmatic solutions. We are enrolled Barristers and Solicitors who specialise in resolving employment and contractor issues. We have unique experiences that we share with our clients, gained from Andrea's years of experience at Fonterra as in house counsel and Employment Relations Specialist, and Richard's previous time in legal practice along with running a farming, property and rural business. But it's not all work, outside the office Andrea enjoys being active with her family and friends, skiing, running, swimming and camping, while Richard can be found hitting the pavement, in the pool or on his bike training for the next triathlon in between spending time with his family and running a successful property portfolio.
